Some files have been deleted manually from the upstream distributed
tarball:
 * All the precompiled JARs (both jgrapht itself and the needed
   libraries);
 * The precompiled Javadoc documentation;
 * The touchgraph compatibility code, because it depends on
   arguably non-free code (the touchgraph library); it is marked
   as experimental code anyway.
