libjs-material-design-lite for Debian

As mentioned in <https://wiki.debian.org/Javascript/Policy>,
strict application of DFSG requires files generated from source in
upstream tarball to be excluded.
Minified files are examples of such files that could be excluded for
that reason.
Files-Excluded: material.min*
Upstream tarball also containts files related to Homepage:
https://getmdl.io/ that are not usefull.
