Currently liblinebreak is only packaged as a .a file, and not a dynamic
shared library, as its API and ABI are still in flux. Once this settles
down it is expected to be packaged as a shared library.

The .a file is built -fPIC so that it may be linked into other libraries,
such as libzltext.
