<description>Files' structure is not synoptical. I see two possible structures:
<ul>
<li><b>By services</b> - each service has its own folder which contains cookies,
actions, impl, wizard, ...</li>
<li><b>By class types</b> - separated parts (cookies, actions, impl, wizard, ...) of
each service are in common folder.</li>
