This is the same as L<nbd_poll(3)>, but an additional
file descriptor parameter is passed. The additional
fd is also polled (using C<POLLIN>). One use for this is to
wait for an L<eventfd(2)>.

This call returns an integer E<ge> C<0>.

On error C<-1> is returned.
