This is a test of pre-shared mode from a random IP address.
It uses aggressive mode.

It declares a PSK for east/west as well, so that one clearly has
to use the ID in the aggressive mode packet.

However, in this test case, road turns out not to have the right PSK
for east.

The connection shall not establish
