libreswan (4.5-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  We now default ikev1-policy to "drop" instead of "accept".

  Users that need IKEv1 connections should add the following line to the
  "config setup" stanza in /etc/ipsec.conf:

    ikev1-policy=accept
