Todo for webmail (please feel free to add anything here!):

- Add ability to flag diffrent message-states (pine-compatible?)
- Add ability to attach files while sending mail.
- Mail-box management support (expunge deleted messages)
- Support for forwarding mail
- Refresh mail index at some interval
- Configurable look
- Add Stdio.File->lock() support.. if it is official in pike
