Abstracts signal emission. 
<p>
This template implements the <a class="el" href="structsigc_1_1internal_1_1signal__emit2.html#e0">emit()</a> function of <a class="el" href="classsigc_1_1signal2.html">signal2</a>. Template specializations are available to optimize signal emission when no accumulator is used, i.e. the template argument <em>T_accumulator</em> is <code>nil</code>.
