BUILD AND RELEASE INSTRUCTIONS
Note: Meta files (META.json and META.yml) have to be generated using ExtUtils::MakeMaker to satisfy the MANIFEST file.
Use the commands:
perl Makefile.PL
make distdir
make disttest
make dist
