Upstream Author: The TCD file format and schema were originally designed by
Jan Depner to improve the performance of XTide and to meet additional
requirements of the U.S. Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVO). They are now
maintained primarily by David Flater <dave@flaterco.com>

Libtcd itself is public domain. However, the GNU automake, autoconf,
libtool, etc. scripts bundled with it as part of its build process are
not. Please see their respective licenses.
Libtcd is distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but WITHOUT
