Repackaged upstream source tarball for Debian
---------------------------------------------

Upstream for Test-Synopsis bundles some modules in inc/* which are not
needed. Furthermore some of them do not have Copyright information. As
they are not needed for building the package the upstream tarball was
repackaged without these files.

The upstream tarball was repackaged via the script debian/repack.stub,
using debian/repack.local for removing the mentioned files and adjusting
MANIFEST file.

We remove the following files:

 - inc/Test/*
 - inc/Spiffy.pm
