lib-xt-java for Debian

Stylesheets written for earlier versions of the XSLT WD must be
converted before they can be used with this version of XT.

Due to non existing com.sun.xml.foo this can not be recompiled
correctly. I really hope that enough classes get compiled anyway
so that it can be useful.
