Currently known bugs and poor feature implementations in Licq:

o  Hangs if the user you are chatting with goes offline.
o  Unable to select the UIN in the info tab to copy it.  This is a 
   problem with Qt labels.  The solution is to use Edit Boxes, but I 
   haven't gotten around to it yet.
o  Changing the history filename in the User Info tab does not change the 
   name of the file until you restart licq
o  Chat requests from windows clients fail to initialise properly.
o  "No route to Host" appears for some people for an unknown reason.
   The solution is to replace icq.mirabilis.com in the licq.conf file
   with the actual ip of the server.
o  For some reason extended characters do not work properly in chat.  Also
   translation has not been implemented in chat either.
