Compiler and decompiler for PalmVII Palm Query Apps. It is written in part
from documentation provided by Palm in their devzone , and in part by
examining hexdumps and playing around with the de-compiler. Unfortunately, the
Palm documentation is a bit incomplete. (They tell what all of the tag tokens
are, and what parameters they take, but don't give the byte values for the tag
itself!).
