Subject: [PATCH 095/338] completion: Use simple wait queues
Origin: https://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/projects/rt/4.19/older/patches-4.19.193-rt81.tar.xz
Completions have no long lasting callbacks and therefor do not need
the complex waitqueue variant. Use simple waitqueues which reduces the
contention on the waitqueue lock.
