Subject: [PATCH 64/69] sign-file,extract-cert: move common SSL helper
 functions to a header
Origin: https://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/projects/rt/6.1/older/patches-6.1.127-rt48.tar.xz

Couple error handling helpers are repeated in both tools, so
move them to a common header.
