llama.cpp, whisper.cpp and ggml should all be updated at the same time. ggml is
a tensor library used by llama.cpp and whisper.cpp. All three are under very
active development and interfaces are not yet stable, so updating them
simultaneously is the only way to ensure we don't introduce breakage.
