android-cloexec-fopen
=====================

``fopen()`` should include ``e`` in their mode string; so ``re`` would be
valid. This is equivalent to having set ``FD_CLOEXEC on`` that descriptor.

Examples:

  // becomes

  fopen("fn", "re");
