load-relative for Debian
------------------------
This package was repacked simply because of dissynchronization between
its version in GNU ELPA repository and its GitHub repository. GNU ELPA
provides only .el file (at [0]), but up-to-date versions. There are
some additional files in GitHub repository and general GNU ELPA git
repository, so I've downloaded Emacs Lisp code, README.md and several
other documentation-related files, and packed them to make the
package.
