<p> When set to <code>true</code>, internal debug level logging will be displayed. </p>
<p> This value can be set by setting the application setting <code>log4net.Internal.Debug</code> in the application configuration file. </p>
<p> The default value is <code>false</code>, i.e. debugging is disabled. </p>
