<p> This method does not take an <a href="http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/cpref/html/frlrfSystemExceptionClassTopic.asp">Exception</a> object to include in the log event. To pass an <b>Exception</b> use one of the <a href="log4net.Core.LogImpl.Fatal_overload_2.html">Fatal</a> methods instead. </p>
