This package contains the programs MacRoute, MacRegister, MacPinger, and
MacGated, which are user-space tools for connecting GNU/Linux systems to
Appletalk-IP networks and vice versa. It REQUIRES a kernel with the IPDDP
driver, meaning 2.1.90 or greater, or 2.0.36 with the "AppleTalkSuite"
patch, which can be found at http://www.debian.org/~dhd/netatalk/.
