Macros can't have <% spaces%> inside their names. Macros <%undefined%>that
doesn't exist are erased. All macros are <%recursive%>, but you can turn
off parsing for specific macros, <%parse_off%>. You can nest
<%nested_one?%>macro<%nested_two?%> queries<%nested_three?%>oops, not
defined<%?nested_three%><%?nested_two%><%?nested_one%>.
