      The project documentation.

      You can TeX the whole thing with the command:

      cd magnus/doc/manual; make magnus

      or make the individual chapters with the make targets:

      guidelines
      manual

      In the file magnus.tex, an \input directive for an appendix
      of current problems, which you may want, is commented out.
