Loading Mailcrypt

Users will need to put "(require 'mailcrypt-init)" in their "~/.emacs" to
load Mailcrypt.
System Administrators wanting to start Mailcrypt by default on their site
should put "(require 'mailcrypt-init)" in "/etc/emacs/site-start.el".

Obsolete PGP Versions
=====================
Versions of PGP prior to 2.6 (including version 2.6ui, which is just a
hacked 2.3a) do not support the "+comment" option, which Mailcrypt uses
for gratuitous advertising.
To use Mailcrypt with such a version (or just to suppress the message)
users will need to put "(setq mc-pgp-comment nil)" in their "~/.emacs"
file.
