<h2>Sender Action</h2>
<p>If either <tt>$SMTPREJECT</tt> or <tt>$REJECT</tt> are set, all
addresses are rejected with the given message. If the text of the
message starts with a "<tt>-</tt>", it is skipped and the rejection uses
a permanent failure code (ie bounce); otherwise a temporary failure code
is used. If neither are set, no action.</p>
