dopo che un utente si collegato con successo e prima di eseguire
l'interprete di conandi.
Il nome "motd" sta per "message of the day", e questo file
stato tradizionalmente usato proprio per questo motivo (perch
richiede molto meno spazio su disco che spedire posta a tutti gli utenti).
