Installation instructions for non-rpm installs using make.

1) Edit the Makefile and change any of the indicated macros.

2) Edit the glimpse_filters file and include any decompression filters
   you need.  See -z option of the glimpse manual page for an explanation.

3) Issue a "make" command to build everything (don't skip this step - it
   configures the system).

4) Issue a "make install".

See man.config.sample if your system doesn't normall use a /etc/man.config
file.
