gehrende Datei zu schreiben. POSIX fordert, da ein nachweisbar nach
der Rckkehr von

liegendes

die neuen Daten liefern mu. Es sollte jedoch beachtet
werden, da nicht alle Dateisysteme POSIX konform sind.

Bei Erfolg wird die Anzahl von geschriebenen Bytes zurckgegeben (null heit,
da nichts geschrieben wurde). Im Fehlerfalle wird \-1 zurckgegeben und

0 ist, dann wird 0 zurckgegeben und sonst geschieht nichts.
Bei anderen Dateien sind die Ergebnisse nicht portabel.
