.SH DESCRIPCIN
Cuando se usa con el nombre de un fichero existente como argumento,
se activa la contabilidad, registros para cada proceso finalizado
se aaden a
\fIfilename\fP.  Usando \fBNULL\fP como argumento se desactiva la 
contabilidad.

En caso de xito el valor regresado es cero. Si hay algn error,
el resultado es  \-1 y 
.I errno
se asigna apropiadamente.

No se han instalado las herramientas de contabilidad.

SVr4 (pero no con POSIX).  SVr4 documenta las condiciones de error EACCES,
EBUSY, EFAULT, ELOOP, ENAMETOOLONG, ENOTDIR, ENOENT, EPERM y EROFS, pero no
ENOSYS.
.SH NOTAS
No se genera contabilidad alguna para aquellos programas que se estn
ejecutando cuado ocurre una caida del sistema. En particular, los procesos que
no terminan nunca son contabilizados.
