es un punto de entrada al kernel comn para las llamadas IPC de System
V para mensajes, semforos y memoria compartida.
El argumento

determina a qu funcin de IPC se ha de llamar;
los otros argumentos se pasan tal cuales a la llamada apropiada.

Los programas de usuario deberan llamar a las funciones apropiadas
por sus nombres usuales. Slo los implementadores de la biblioteca
