Para aceptar conexiones, primero se crea un zcalo con

el deseo de aceptar conexiones entrantes, y un lmite de la cola para
dichas conexiones, y por ltimo las conexiones son aceptadas mediante

La llamada

define la longitud mxima a la que puede llegar la cola de conexiones
