La funcin \fBpsignal()\fP muestra un mensaje en \fIstderr\fP
consistente en la cadena de caracteres \fIs\fP, un signo de dos
puntos, un espacio en blanco, y una cadena de caracteres que describe
el nmero de seal \fIsig\fP. Si \fIsig\fP no es vlido,
el mensaje mostrado indicar una seal desconocida.
