.SH DESCRIPCIN
La funcin \fBstrcasecmp()\fP compara las dos cadenas \fIs1\fP y
\fIs2\fP, ignorando maysculas y minsculas. Devuelve un entero
menor , igual , o mayor que cero si \fIs1\fP es encontrado,
respectivamente, es menor, igual, o mayor que \fIs2\fP.

La funcin \fBstrncasecmp()\fP es similar, excepto que slo compara
los primeros caracteres \fIn\fP de \fIs1\fP.

Las funciones \fBstrcasecmp()\fP y \fBstrncasecmp()\fP devuelven
un entero menor, igual, o mayor que cero si \fIs1\fP es encontrada
