.SH DESCRIPCIN
La funcin \fBtowupper\fP es equivalente para caracteres anchos a la funcin
\fBtoupper\fP. Si \fIwc\fP es un carcter ancho, se convierte a maysculas.
Los caracteres que no tienen un equivalente en maysculas se devuelven sin
cambiar. Si \fIwc\fP es WEOF, se devuelve WEOF.
