.SH DESCRIPTION
\fBIoperm\fP positionne les bits de permission d'acces du processus
aux ports commencant a l'adresse \fBfrom\fP etales sur \fInum\fP
octets a la valeur \fBturn_on\fP.
L'utilisation de \fBioperm\fP necessite les privileges de Super\-User.
Seuls les 0x3ff premiers ports d'entree/sortie peuvent etre indiques de
cette maniere. Pour d'autres ports, il faut utiliser la fonction
.BR iopl .
Les permission ne sont pas heritees par le processus fils durant un fork,
par contre elles le sont lors d'un exec.
Ceci permet de donner des autorisations d'acces a des taches non-privilegiees.

renvoie 0 s'il reussit, ou \-1 s'il echoue, auquel cas

contient le code d'erreur.
