.SH DESCRIPTION
La fonction \fBstrcasecmp()\fP compare les deux chanes \fIs1\fP et
\fIs2\fP, en ignorant les diffrences entre majuscules et minuscules.
Elle renvoie un entier ngatif, nul, ou positif, si la
chane \fIs1\fP est respectivement infrieure, gale ou suprieure  \fIs2\fP.

La fonction \fBstrncasecmp()\fP est similaire,  la difference qu'elle ne
prend en compte que les \fIn\fP premiers caractres de \fIs1\fP.

Les fonctions \fBstrcasecmp()\fP et \fBstrncasecmp()\fP renvoient un entier
infrieur, gal ou suprieur  zro si \fIs1\fP (ou ventuellement ses
\fIn\fP premiers octets) est infrieure, gale ou suprieure  \fIs2\fP.
