.SH DESCRIPTION
La fonction \fBfrexp()\fP est utilise pour scinder le nombre \fIx\fP en une
fraction normalise et un exposant qui est stock dans \fIexp\fP.
.SH "VALEUR RENVOYE"
La fonction \fBfrexp()\fP renvoie la fraction normalise.

Si \fIx\fP est
non nul, \fIx\fP est gale  la fraction renvoye multipli par 2^\fIexp\fP.
La fraction est dans l'intervalle [1/2, 1[.

Si \fIx\fP est nul, la fraction normalise vaut zro et \fIexp\fP galement.
