A funo \fBfgetws\fP a equivalente para caracteres largos da funo \fBfgets\fP.
Ela l uma string de, no mximo, \fIn-1\fP caracteres largos e coloca na matriz de
caracteres largos apontada por \fIws\fP, e adiciona um caractere de terminao L'\\0'.
Ela pra de ler caracteres largos depois que encontra e armazena um caractere largo
de nova linha. Ela tambm pra quando o fim do fluxo atingido.

O programador precisa assegurar-se de que h espao para pelo menos \fIn\fP caracteres
largos em \fIws\fP.

Na ausncia de informaes adicionais passadas para a chamada 'fopen', razovel
esperar que \fBfgetws\fP ir ler, no momento, uma string multibyte a partir do fluxo
e ento convert-la para uma string de caracteres largos.

Esta funo no confivel, porque ela no permite lidar adequadamente com caracteres
largos nulos que possam estar presentes na entrada.
