\fBstrnlen\fP. Retorna o nmero de caracteres largos na string apontada por
\fIs\fP, no incluindo o caractere terminador L'\\0', porm no mximo
\fImaxlen\fP. Ao fazer isso, \fBwcsnlen\fP olha somente para os primeiros
\fImaxlen\fP caracteres largos em \fIs\fP e nunca alm de \fIs+maxlen\fP.
