(introduzido no Linux 2.1.44)
seleciona a ID do usurio real, a ID do usurio efetiva, e a ID de usurio armazenada
do processo atual.
Processo de usurios sem previlgio (i.e., processo com ID de usurio
real, efetiva e guardada diferente de zero) pode alterar a ID de usurio
real, efetiva e guardad, para cada uma das:
a atual uid, a atual uid efetiva ou a uid atual guardada.
O superusurio pode selecionar o real, efetivo e guardada ID do usurio para valores arbitrrios.
Se um dos parmetros for igual \-1, o valor correspondente no alterado.
De forma anloga,
.B setresgid
seleciona a real, efectiva e ID de grupo guardada do processo atual,
com a mesma restrio para processos com cada uma das
IDs diferentes de zero.
