retorna uma aproximao do tempo de processamento usado pelo programa.

Para obter o nmero de segundos, divida por
.BR CLOCKS_PER_SEC .

A POSIX exige que CLOCKS_PER_SEC seja 1000000 independente da resoluo 
verdadeira.

O padro C permite valores arbitrrios no incio do programa. Use a diferena
entre uma chamada a 
.B clock()
no incio e outra no final do programa para obter portabilidade mxima.

O tempo pode sofrer overflow: num sistema de 32 bits com CLOCKS_PER_SEC igual
a 1000000, esta funo retornar um valor idntico aproximadamente a cada 72
minutos.
