## Repack

We repack upstream tarball because it contains some native ".so" files.
We remove those ".so" by uscan.

## osmosis Build Depends

This packages build depends on osmosis. When osmomsis updates its API or
jar file name, we also need to change the following files:

 * debian/maven.properties
 * debian/patches/use-local-osmosis.patch

And change the Build-Depends version of osmosis.
