The changes between the stock mason distribution and this are very
minor, mostly dealing with issues with the FHS and Debian policy.

Starting from upstream version 1.0.0 the debian version includes 
some additional functionality like the ability to save rule counters
prior flushing chains or to restart services after changing the 
iptables rulesets.
