matlab-support for Debian
-------------------------

The MATLAB installer usually places symlinks to the respective MATLAB binaries
into /usr/local/bin. Since this directory typically comes first in the search
path it will override the default MATLAB version selected via Debian's
alternatives system. Remove all MATLAB symlinks from /usr/local/bin/ if you want
to control the default MATLAB version via 'update-alternatives'.
