   '/etc/opt/sdb'       by '/etc/maxdb.conf',
   '/opt/sdb/programs/' by '/usr/lib/maxdb/programs'
   '/var/opt/sdb/data'  by '/var/lib/maxdb/data'
  and set permissions for directory 
  in prepare_inst.pl

- replaced 'DEVTOOL' by '/usr/lib/maxdb/devtools' in sys/src/data/distribTools/iprofile.sh

- point PYTHON_INCLUDE to /'usr/include/python2.3'
