Read the file BATCH DEMO on SHARE2; and then BATCH it to get the basic
idea of what to do. The file SHARE2;BATCH OUTPUT is an example of the
sort of file which BATCH DEMO writes.

Suggested usage examples:

You have a calculation that you have done before, but now you may want
to repeat it with many sets of data or with larger expressions, more
terms in the taylor's series, etc. For the sake of users that are
running interactively it is nice to not run this type of calculation
during the day by just walking away from your terminal for hours.
But, it's easy to have the macsyma put into the background until late
at night and then have it run, output data into a file, and kill
itself.
