mell for Debian

 * Setup mell

 There is no need to setup, though official documents suggests to add 
 "(require 'init-mell)" to your $HOME/.emacs.  Because debian 
 package of mell has its own debian-startup file
 (/etc/emacs/site-start.d/55mell.el) and configured automatically.
