Changesets already having the requested branch name must still be recreated on
top of changed ancestors. In the following example, the tip already has the
"stable" branch name, while its parents have a different branch name. The other
changesets also have the "stable" branch name. When the branch name of all
changesets is requested to be "stable", the two parents of the tip need to be
recreated with the "stable" branch name and the tip needs to be recreated with
the changed parents. The other changesets stay untouched.
